Hum apne customers ko best quality products dene ki puri koshish karte hain. Agar kisi wajah se aap apne order se satisfied nahi hain, to neeche di gayi policy ke according return ya refund request kar sakte hain.
✅ Return Eligibility
Product delivery ke 3–7 din ke andar return request karni hogi.
Product unused, unwashed, aur original condition mein hona chahiye.
Original packing, tags aur invoice ke sath return karna zaroori hai.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Neeche diye gaye items return ya refund ke liye eligible nahi honge:
Earrings, nose pins, studs (hygiene reasons ke liye)
Customized / personalized jewellery
Sale / discount items
Damaged products jo customer ki galti se hue ho
🔄 Return Process
Hume WhatsApp / Email par contact karein (Order ID ke sath).
Product ke clear images ya video share karein.
Approval ke baad hi return accept kiya jayega.
Customer ko return shipping charges khud bear karne honge (agar product defective nahi hai).
💰 Refund Policy
Refund product receive aur inspection ke baad process kiya jayega.
Refund 5–10 working days ke andar original payment method mein transfer ho jayega.
COD orders ke liye refund bank transfer / UPI ke through kiya jayega.

📦 Exchange Policy
